In this video tutorial, we will provide a brief overview of how to flatten text in Nitro Pro. When working with a PDF document, there are two categories: comments and markups (annotation layer) and content layer (images, form fields, and text). Nitro Pro allows you to move the annotation layer to the content layer, which is known as flattening text. To do this, open the document with the annotation text, right-click the text with the hand tool, and choose the option to flatten the selection or flatten the entire document. Nitro Pro also offers the option to save the document as a flattened PDF. Simply go to File > Save As and select the flattened PDF option in the top right corner. That's all for today, we'll see you next time.
