Collectively, a group of slides may be known as a slide deck.
You can create and print Notes pages to accompany you when you present a PowerPoint slide show. A printed Notes page shows a slide thumbnail on one half of the page, and speaker notes on the other half.
Notes pages include your notes and each slide in the presentation. Each slide prints on its own notes page. Your notes accompany the slide. You can add data, such as charts or pictures, to your notes pages.
How to Invert Images: Right click on the slide that you need to invert and select Save as Picture. Go to where you saved the photo and select Open With Paint. Select the image (ctrl + a). Right click on the selected image and select Invert Color. Save the finished image.
A handout is a special view of the presentation suitable to be printed and distributed to the audience. Each handout page contains from one to six thumbnails of the slides so that the audience can follow what is presented as well as use it as reference.
It has three slides on the page as well as lines for audience notes. Another type of handout is the Notes Pages. The notes page includes not only the slide, but also your speaker notes. When you plan to use the notes page as a handout, youll type the notes you intend for the handout in the notes pane, below the slide.
Select the slide from which you want to remove the page number. Select Insert ▸ Header and Footer. Uncheck Slide number. Select Apply to change only the current slide.
Step 1: To invert an image in PowerPoint, select it and go to Picture Format - Rotate Objects. Step 2: From the Rotate Objects drop down menu you can rotate the image left or right by 90 degrees, flip it vertically or horizontally.
