In this tutorial, the new e-signing feature called Sign Anywhere is introduced. Alice, Bob, and Charlie are involved in the workflow, with Alice preparing the document and starting the email-based workflow. Bob is notified first for signing or rejecting, followed by Charlie. Alice then receives the signed document and a detailed log of the workflow. Alaa signs into E-Sign Anywhere, uploads the document for Bob and Charlie, and enters recipient details. For Charlie, SMS OTP authentication is enabled. Signature fields are placed for Bob and Charlie, and a workflow summary is checked before sending. Bob receives notification via email and opens the document on his personal computer to sign.
