This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using a PDF writer. By deselecting the allowed printing checkbox and publishing the document, the file becomes a protected PDF with a .pdc extension. This protected PDF can only be opened with the Locklizard Secure PDF Viewer, where printing is not allowed. This effectively prevents users from printing the document.
