The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by making the document secure. Simply locate the PDF in Windows Explorer, right-click, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, navigate to the printing and viewing tab, ensure the "allowed printing" checkbox is deselected, and click "Publish." The protected PDF will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. By following these steps, printing is effectively disabled, as confirmed by the greyed-out print icon in the Secure Viewer.
