To temporarily override the snap-to options, hold down ALT while you drag the chart, picture, or object.
From the text messaging inbox, tap the message containing the picture or video. Touch and hold the image. Select a save option (e.g., Save attachment, Save to SD card, etc.). Unless otherwise specified, the image is saved to the default picture/video location (e.g., Gallery, Photos, etc.).
The most probable reason, as suggested by Suzanne, is that the layout property (wrap) of the image is in line thus it behaves like a large font character. You must set the layout to something other than in-line before you can drag it around.
Click the outside edge of the text box, and then drag the text box to position it over your photo. Make sure that the text box is still selected, and then, on the Shape Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, do the following: Click Shape Fill, and then click No Fill.
Delete, edit, or duplicate the text: Tap Edit, then choose an option. Move the text: Drag it.
To move a picture a tiny amount, select the picture, then hold down the Ctrl key and press an arrow key. To move several objects at the same time, group them together: Select the first object. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the other objects.
Double-click the picture to add it to your Word document. Back on Words editing screen, right-click the image that you just added and select Wrap Text In Front of Text from the menu. Your picture is now freely movable. Drag and drop it anywhere you want in your document.
Right-click the object and press Ctrl+X. Press Ctrl+V to paste it.Move a picture, shape, text box, or WordArt Drag it to the new location. Press and hold Ctrl while pressing an arrow key to move in small increments. Press and hold Shift while you drag it to move the object horizontally or vertically only.
