This video tutorial demonstrates how to add or delete a page in a PDF file using Preview. By pressing two fingers to open the PDF, navigating to the sidebar, and selecting contact sheet, all pages are displayed. To delete a page, simply press delete. To add a page, drag another PDF with the desired page into the existing PDF. This allows for easy editing and modification of PDF files.

How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
You can move multiple pages at once. Hold down the CTRL key as you select your pages. Hold down the left mouse button on the first page and as you drag the cursor all selected pages will move.
Go to a specific page: Click a thumbnail, or choose Go Go to Page. Go to the previous or next page: Click the Previous button or the Next button in the Preview toolbar.
To do this, click the Preview menu and select Settings. Click PDF. This will allow you to change the settings for all PDFs that you open in Preview. Select Use logical page numbers.
Open the PDF document. On a Mac, this will open the preview app. Using the thumbnail views, scroll down to the first page that you want to save separately from your PDF. Drag and drop the single page from the thumbnail of the PDF to your Mac desktop.
