This tutorial explains how to randomize a list in Excel without using VBA. By creating a new column with the formula "=RAND()", the user can easily generate random numbers next to their original list. Sorting the list by the random numbers will shuffle the order of the items, providing a simple and quick way to randomize the list. Additionally, the user can hide the random number column to keep the randomized order visually clean.
