In Outlook, you can create multiple signatures for your emails. Simply select the Signature icon while composing an email, then choose Signatures. Click on New to create a new signature, give it a name, and save it. You can customize your signature with text, images, and links. If you have multiple signatures, you can set one as the default by selecting Okay. This default signature will automatically appear in your next email.

Open your HTML signature in a web browser. Select all the content of the signature by pressing Command + A on your keyboard. Copy the selected content by pressing Command + C on your keyboard. Open Outlook for Mac and go to Outlook Preferences Signatures.
Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. Tip: For information on how to use your scanner, use the manufacturers manual or Web site.
Locate an email that contains the signature you want to copy. Highlight the signature text by selecting it with your mouse or keyboard. Right-click on the highlighted text and select Copy from the context menu, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C .
After you have downloaded the template, open it in Word. Choose the signature you like, select all the elements in it, then then on the Home tab, select Copy.
Open Gmail. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes.
