Create a custom template in Pages on Mac Choose File Save as Template (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Click an option: Add to Template Chooser: Type a name for the template, then press Return. Your template appears in the My Templates category in the template chooser.
Hold down the Option key, then choose File New from Template Chooser (from the File menu at the top of your screen).
Choose Apple menu  System Preferences. Click Users Groups. , then enter the administrator name and password that you used to log in. Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard, then click the name of the account that youre renaming.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Users Groups in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) On the right, click the picture next to your login name, then do any of the following: Select a Memoji: Click Memoji, then click the Add button to select and compose a facial image.
Use your own picture or a picture from the web Select the file or folder whose icon you want to replace. Choose File Get Info in the menu bar. At the top of the Info window, click the small icon. Choose Edit Paste in the menu bar.
To change login wallpaper, System Preferences Desktop Screen Saver choose and customize image. When you change your profile photo, the change occurs on all devices using the same Apple ID.
Change the user icons on your lock screen Open System Preferences and click Users Groups. Move your mouse over the current icon and click edit. Choose a new image or snap a shot using your Macs webcam. Click Save to save the new image.
Edit a custom template Open Pages, choose File New, then double-click the template you want to use as the basis for a new template. Custom templates appear in the My Templates category in the template chooser. Make your changes, choose File Save Template, then choose an option to save the document as a new template.
