In Outlook, you can create multiple signatures for emails by selecting Signature icon, Signatures, New, naming the signature, and selecting Okay. Customize the signature with text, pictures, and links. Choose a default signature by selecting Okay when creating multiple signatures. Default signature will appear in your next email.
