The docHub Sign authoring environment opens to allow you to edit the template properties, type, name, and field placement/assignments. Make any changes you require and click Save when done.
Managing Sign templates In docHub home, click Documents Templates. Select the template to view more details. A thumbnail of the template is displayed in the right pane. You can perform any of the following actions: Open Template. Use Template. Edit Template. Delete template. Download PDF. Download Individual Files.
Steps Log in to docHub account. Go to Account. Go to Account Settings. Select the option of Message Templates. Select the + icon to create a new template. Add the Template name and Template Message, and Save it.
You can make edits in the document using Acrobat BEFORE uploading them as a template in docHub. docHub would let you add and edit any signing options, but wont help you edit the document itself.
From a legal point of view, a signed document will not be valid if there is any evidence that it was altered after signing. Most of the time, its not even possible to modify a signed PDF because the content will be locked, and the user will get a warning message.
When you hover over the message template, you will see a preview of it to the right. Click the three-dot menu on the top right of the preview, then click Edit in Settings. In the message template editor, make your desired edits and save your changes.
Change the default font Open the template or a document based on the template whose default settings you want to change. On the Format menu, click Font, and then click the Font tab. Make any changes that you want, and then click Default. Note: Most of the styles in Word are based on the Normal style.
From the Templates page, click on New Template. Then enter a name and description for your template. You can add files to the template by uploading a document from your desktop or the cloud. Creating a template is a lot like starting an envelope because you can add files, recipients, messages, and signing fields.
