You can use the built-in drawing tools to draw a signature line in Google Docs. To do this, go to the Insert tab and select the line Drawing. Then select Line or Scribble from the dropdown list. Adjust the window that appears in size and position, and then click the save button.
Once youre in your Google Doc, follow these steps: Insert - Drawing - +New. Click the arrow next to the Line icon. Select Scribble. Draw your signature. Adjust as you see fit. Click Save and Close. Move your signature to where it needs to be.
The most sensible move would be to immediately make an affidavit and docHub it. The affidavit should contain an attachment that provides a specimen of the old and new signature. That is it! You dont have to really do anything further like publishing this in the newspapers.
If you use the Google app on your Apple iPhone or Android device or dont want to use Google Draw, you can insert signatures by adding an existing image.
