On your Mac, select a disk, folder, or file, then choose File Get Info. If the information in Sharing Permissions isnt visible, click the arrow . (You may also need to scroll down.) Select a user or group in the Name column, click the pop-up menu, then choose a privilege setting.
In the Preview app on your Mac, go to the PDF page you want to change. Check the following: The Text Selection tool may not be selected: Choose Tools Text Selection, or click the Show Markup Toolbar button , then click the Text Selection button .
