Despite minor changes, a major update includes new ways to share documents. You can now export and send copies of your document in different formats directly from the share menu. These new features provide more flexibility and convenience for users.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Keyboard in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Keyboard Shortcuts on the right, then select Modifier Keys in the list on the left.
The biggest differences between Macs and Windows PCs are in the bottom row modifier keys. Windows computers have Ctrl, Win, and Alt, whereas Macs have Control, Option, and Command. macOS automatically maps the Alt to Option and Win to Command.
Heres how to use the undo keyboard shortcut on a Mac: Make sure that the app where you made a mistake is the active app by maximizing the window or clicking somewhere in the app. Press Command + Z on your keyboard. The last action will be undone. If you need to undo more, press Command + Z again.
For Windows PCs, see Control key, Alt key and Windows key. For Macs, see Command key, Control key and Option key. Mac Modifier Keys The Control, Option and Command (Apple) keys are the modifier keys on the Mac.
Select all items in a window: Click a window to make it active, then press Command-A. Deselect one item when multiple items are selected: Command-click the item.
The order is similar to how you see them down at the bottom left of your keyboard. Control (⌃), Option (⌥), and Command (⌘) always go in that order. The oddball is the Shift(⇧) key, which sneaks in just in front of Command.
Click the System Settings icon in the Dock or choose Apple menu System Settings. Click a setting. Settings are listed in the sidebar and may vary depending on your Mac and the apps youve installed. Change an option.
Whether you are using a MacBook Air/Pro with a built-in keyboard or an iMac with Apple Magic Keyboard, you can find these modifier keys on the keyboard, mainly located at the bottom-left corner and bottom row.
