Edit text in a PDF Edit text in a PDF. Open the PDF you want to edit in Acrobat, and then select Edit in the global bar. The PDF switches to the edit mode, and the Edit panel displays. The Edit panel includes options to modify the page, add content, redact a PDF, and convert various documents to PDF forms.

To complete and sign PDF forms, open the form in Acrobat, and then select Sign from the global bar. Alternatively, you can select All tools Fill Sign.
To sign a document using docHub Reader, first open the PDF document in the docHub Reader DC application. Click the Fill Sign button in the right pane. Click the Sign button on the toolbar and select Add Signature to add your signature to docHub Reader DC.
