Gary from MacMost.com provides a tutorial on using PDF annotation tools in Mac Preview. He explains that while Preview is ideal for viewing PDFs, Markup Tools can be used to add annotations without actually changing the PDF content. For making content changes, users should go back to the original source document and create a new version to export as a PDF. Annotations such as notes, editors' notes, and text additions can be made in Preview. Additionally, Gary encourages viewers to support MacMost through their Patreon campaign for exclusive content and course discounts.
