To reorganize a list of names that are not in the desired order, highlight the column of names and go to the Data Tab. Click on Text to Columns and choose to split the names based on commas. This will separate the names into two columns. If needed, you can further split them by selecting additional delimiters like spaces for names with multiple parts. Finally, create a new column and rearrange the names as desired.
