How do I change my initials in Office 365?
Change your user name and initials Click File Options. In the Options dialog box, change your user name and initials in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section.
How do I change my display name in Office 365?
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Users Active users. Select the user from the list of active users. Select Manage contact information. Change the display name, and select Save changes.
How do I add initials to a Word document?
Choose Change User Name. Click into the Initials text box under the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section. Type your initials. Click the OK button. Your initials will now appear in the document anytime you use an option on the Review tab such as adding a new comment or deleting a word.

If it is a business subscription, you need to go to Microsoft 365 admin center and navigate to Users Active users to change the name.
Why are my initials backwards in Office 365?
Do you want to change the order of initials shown on emails? I would suggest you go to File Options General Initials, set the initials that you want.
How do I change my personal information on Office 365?
Try it! Sign in to office.com/signin with your Microsoft 365 for business. Select your profile picture. Select My profile. Select Update profile. Update the information you want, such as About me, Projects, and more. Note: To keep some information private, select the globe. and then select Only you can see this.
