Since Microsoft Forms is designed to be mobile responsive, many of the cues and buttons will look the same as in the desktop version. There are a few mobile-specific icons designed for ease of use, though.
Go to File New. In the Search for online templates field, type Forms or the kind of form you want. Then press Enter. In the displayed results, right-click any item, then select Create.
Open the Word document that you want to save as a template. On the File menu, click Save as Template. In the Save As box, type the name that you want to use for the new template. (Optional) In the Where box, choose a location where the template will be saved.

To update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template. On the File tab, select Open. Double-click This PC. Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder under My Documents. Choose your template, and select Open. Make the changes you want, then save and close the template.
Right-click the text on which you want to base a new style. In the mini toolbar that appears, click Styles, and then click Create a Style. In the Create New Style from Formatting dialog box, give your style a name and click OK. Your new style will now appear in the Styles gallery.
