hi its Dougie wood and in this video Im going to show you exactly how you can quickly add and approve and reject button inside of your SharePoint document library and that can then show a status field with no smiley face or a sad face if somethings rejected but essentially this is something thats going to be quick simple to use so this idea came to me from a client I was speaking to last week in which they were talking about they didnt want to go down the route of using power automate and having a full approval cycle they didnt want to have to have anything overly complicated they just wanted to quickly have some buttons next to their SharePoint documents so when they come in they can quickly say yep that ones approved nope that ones rejected and they could quickly filter them based on that so something to them to be quick and simple so what Im going to do is Im going to build this out onto my document Library thats on my SharePoint site this will work for any SharePoint onl
