If an expected signature isnt in the Signature pop-up menu or the menu isnt showing, choose Mail Settings, click Signatures, then verify the signature has been added to the correct email account.
If these conditions apply, users can take the following steps to remove their signatures: Open the PDF file in docHub. Navigate to the Edit tab. Select the signature with Control-Click on Windows or Command-Click on macOS. Select Delete or Clear Signature from the context menu.
Steps to Electronically Sign a PDF Using Camera Open the PDF file you need to sign in Preview. Click on the Markup icon ( ) and then the signature ( ) icon. Click on Create Signature Camera. Click on the signature created to insert it into the PDF document.
