You can change the created date on a PDF using the Remove Properties tool. Right-click on your PDF and choose Properties. Open the Details tab and select the Remove Properties and Personal Information link. Choose the option for Create a copy with all possible properties removed and select OK.
Safari on Mac or Windows - browser preferences In the Preferences window, click Security, and then click Website Settings next to Internet plug-ins. 3. Select docHub Reader in the list of plug-ins. Under When Visiting Other Websites, in the drop-down list choose Allow Always and click Done.
Open Safari or any other web browser and navigate to Edit PDF in Acrobat online. Select Edit PDF. Choose a PDF to edit by clicking Select a file. After the file uploads, sign in to your docHub account.
Right-click the file and select Change Attribute from the context menu to open the software. If youre using Windows 11, you may need to click Show more options to reveal this option in the context menu. Once the application opens, check the box beside Modify date and time stamps to make the date field editable.
If you need to hide any information on the document, go to the Protect tab, select the necessary text, and click on Apply Redaction. This will hide data if you share PDF documents externally.
How to Change Modified Date on PDF? If you want to change the modified Date in a PDF document to the original document creation date, check the Date from file properties/metadata and modify the Date in the file to that Date.
In the Settings section, locate the PDF Options setting and select the Settings button. Select the Edit icon in line with PDF Date Format. Select your desired format from the drop down and Save.
