Open Microsoft Edge, click on the three horizontal dots at the top right, click on settings, go to cookies and site permissions, scroll down to find PDF documents, ensure 'always download PDF file' is off and 'PDF view settings' is on. If issue persists, search 'default apps,' search .pdf, set Microsoft Edge as default PDF opening app.
