How do I edit original PDF Jotform?

Jotforms PDF Editor does not have a feature to edit the original PDF file of your Smart PDF form. To add or remove a field from the original PDF file, wed have to use docHub to edit the file. Then the edited PDF file could be imported into a Jotform form using the guide above.

What do you do when a PDF is converted into garbled characters and symbols?

To fix unreadable text issues, go to the Preprocessing settings inside of your Document Parser (SETTINGS PREPROCESSING) and set the option Perform OCR to Yes - always perform OCR as shown in the screenshot below.

How do I change the options on a PDF?
