Go to My Preferences Signing and Sending Custom Fields. To create a new custom field: Click ADD NEW FIELD. Enter the properties for the field.
eSignature will automatically convert any form into a PDF. If your form already has fields, eSignature changes them to digital fillable fields; if your form does not have any fields, manually add them now. Add comments, drag and drop customized tags, then add your signature.
How do I add a text field to a document in ? Click the Documents tab at the top of the page. Click the Add Fields button in the top right corner of the page. Select the Text field from the list of available fields. Click the Save button in the top right corner of the page.
Note: If you find you cannot add fields to the documents and templates you create, most likely this is because of your user permission profile. Contact your administrator and ask to adjust your permission settings. These settings are documented in this administrator help guide.
Select the field on your document (checkbox, radio button, drop down, or text) that will act as the trigger field to determine if additional fields are presented to the recipient. In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule.
Click the template actions menu and select Edit. If you do not see the Edit option, check with your administrator regarding your user permissions for templates.
