Before discussing dynamic documents, let's understand what static documents are. Static documents, like accreditation forms, have predefined placeholders for variable text. The number and location of fields remain the same regardless of text length, keeping the document static. On the other hand, dynamic documents, like author letters, have variable text locations that change for each letter based on the candidate.

How to make conditional fields in ?

In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.
