Why cant I add fields to my template?
You add a unique set of signing fields for each recipient. Note: If you find you cannot add fields to the documents and templates you create, most likely this is because of your user permission profile. Contact your administrator and ask to adjust your permission settings.
How to set conditional fields in ?
Select the field on your document (checkbox, radio button, drop down, or text) that will act as the trigger field to determine if additional fields are presented to the recipient. In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule.
Why would you add a conditional field when preparing a document template?
Conditional fields allow you to create dynamic documents that support a conditional work flow. Conditional fields only appear to the recipient when a specified condition is met.
Why cant I edit a template in ?
If you have access to templates shared with you by other users, you may be able to edit these as well. Note: Your access to templates is controlled by your user permissions, as defined by your administrator. If you cannot create or edit, or even use templates, check with your administrator.
How do I edit data in ?
Edit Documents With Edit Log on to CLM. Select the document you want to edit. The selected document displays in Document Preview. Select Edit Open Document. Make any needed changes to the selected document, and select Save.
How do I add a textbox to a template?
How do I add a text field to a document in ? Click the Documents tab at the top of the page. Click the Add Fields button in the top right corner of the page. Select the Text field from the list of available fields. Click the Save button in the top right corner of the page.

How do you edit fields in template?
To edit or delete an existing custom field: Locate the field in the Custom Fields list. To edit the field: Click the Actions menu and select Edit. Change the properties as desired and click SAVE. To delete, click the Actions menu and select DELETE.
