How to edit images in PDFs on your iPhone and iPad Open a file. On the top toolbar, select Edit PDF. Tap the image you wish to edit. Select the needed option in the pop-up menu. You can rotate, replace, crop, or delete the image. To move or resize the image, tap and hold it.

Cropping a PDF on your iPhone can be done using built-in apps like Files or iBooks. If the PDF is saved in the Files app, locate and open the PDF, tap the Markup icon (resembling a pen), select the Crop tool, adjust the corners to the desired area, and then tap on Done to save the cropped version.
