This tutorial explains how to use check boxes in Numbers to indicate whether tasks have been completed. By formatting a cell as a check box, you can visually see if a task has been done without typing "true" or "false". You can use this feature to track progress or completion of tasks. Instead of using numerical values, check boxes provide a more visual way to indicate the status of each task. This makes it easier to see at a glance which tasks have been completed.
