In the Folder Options, switch to the View tab. Check the Use check boxes to select items option. Itll be under the Files and Folders section.
In File Explorer, click View Options. Step 2. Move on to the View tab, then scroll down to check Use check boxes to select items. Finally, click the OK button to save your changes.
Checkboxes actually has three states: true, false and indeterminate which indicates that a checkbox is neither on or off. A checkbox cannot be set to indeterminate state by an HTML attribute - it must be set by a JavaScript. This state can be used to force the user to check or uncheck the checkbox.
If the Controls task pane is not visible, click More Controls on the Insert menu, or press ALT+I, C. Under Insert controls, click Check Box. In the Check Box Binding dialog box, select the field in which you want to store the check box value, and then click OK.
A check box is used to select or deselect action items. It can be used for a single item or for a list of multiple items that a user can choose from. The control has three selection states: unselected, selected, and indeterminate.
Tip: If you dont see the Box folder in Finder or File Explorer, Box Drive may not be running. In this case, from your Start menu click the Box icon or search for Box Drive. You can also right-click a file or folder to display additional Box functionality.
To enable or disable the check box function, perform the following steps: Right-click the Windows icon and go to File Explorer View. Enable Item check boxes.
