On the Home tab, right-click any style in the Styles gallery and click Modify. In the Formatting section, make any formatting changes you want, such as font style, size, or color, alignment, line spacing, or indentation.
Place the mouse where you want to put the fill-in form field. Click the Developer tab, then select Design Mode. Then, click the Content Control buttons to insert content controls like drop-down menus or a date picker. Click the Design Mode button again when youre finished to activate the form.

You can choose from a list of suggested names or define your own. Click the File tab. Click Info. Click Properties at the top of the page, and then select Advanced Properties. Notes: Click the Custom tab. In the Name box, type a name for the custom property, or select a name from the list. Click OK.
Click the File tab. Click Info to view the document properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Note that for some metadata, such as Author, youll have to right-click on the property and choose Remove or Edit.
Method 1: Select All text using Command + A and Update Field using F9 to update all fields simultaneously. Method 2: Enable the options to update the fields before printing and update linked data before printing. To get your document ready for printing, press Command + P to open the print preview.
