Kevin demonstrates how to create a fillable form in Microsoft Word, allowing people to input information without editing the form's structure. Various form elements like check boxes, text fields, and drop-down lists can be used. Once completed, the form can be e-mailed, printed, or connected to a database. Kevin provides sample files for viewers to follow along and then proceeds to show the process in Microsoft Word using an order form for the Kevin Cookie Company.
