[Music] [Music] morning everybody my name is John Oh Phil here with Sylar design solutions and what were going to cover here today is how to I do basically your model text in Revit on a curved surface so typically you know curved surfaces and model text has really been kind of an issue to do unless you set it up a couple of different ways and today were going to cover the easiest method on how to set up model text for your curved surfaces within Revit as soon as you see here weve got a little demo here of a curved wall here and weve got our 3d model text here on the wall as well and if we take a look at this in plan we can actually see it this is a curved wall along with our model text here showing that it can be done so in order to do that close out this particular model here and heres typically what our modeled text looks like on a straight wall but then when you go apply it to a curved surface it looks like this now sometimes you can get it to appear here on like a face plane
