Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own electronic signature that you could use to insert into documents. Lets say for instance, you have to sign a document. Well, today you could print out that document, then you could sign it, then you could scan it in again, and then you could send it off. But thats a lot of work. It wastes paper and you need to have a printer. I dont even have a printer. Today Im going to show you how you could create an electronic signature, two different ways. One of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone, and then well bring that onto our PC, so itll be digital all the way. The second technique, were going to sign our name, take a high quality photo of it, and then well bring that into the PC. So, Ill show you those two different ways. Now, before we jumped into it, just a quick note on an electronic signature versus whats called a digital signature. An e

Digitally signed messages may be anything representable as a bitstring: examples include electronic mail, contracts, or a message sent via some other cryptographic protocol.
Use a pencil or another pointed instrument to press fairly hard over the traced signature to make an impression of the signature on the desired forging area. Dont press so hard that you tear the paper or change the way the signature will look.
Adjusting documents is the most common type of forgery. Made documents are completely homemade to resemble real documents. Made documents can be privately made and are often of bad quality and easily detectable.
Digital signatures are based on public key cryptography, also known as asymmetric cryptography. Using a public key algorithm, such as RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman), two keys are generated, creating a mathematically linked pair of keys, one private and one public.
Based on the technology it uses, here are 3 types of digital signatures that you need to recognize: Simple. A simple digital signature is a digital signature in its simplest form because it is not protected by any encryption method. Basic. Advanced Qualified.
Unnatural Lines. The fabricator may not know the correct way to sign. The fabricator doesnt know where the real signer would start letters, connect them, end them. Not knowing how the purported signer signed can produce unnatural strokes or lines that appear to be confusing.
Many simulations created with a model at hand will contain at least some of the general indicators of forgery, such as tremor, hesitation, pen lifts, blunt starts and stops, patching, and static pressure. They will have a slow drawn appearance.
The model signature is the set of data attributes that are used to build a model. Some or all of the attributes in the signature must be present for scoring. The model accounts for any missing columns on a best-effort basis.
These features include the following as well as others: Shaky handwriting. Pen lifts. Signs of retouching. Letter proportions. Signature shape and dimensions. Letter slants. Speed, acceleration, and smoothness of curves. Pen pressure and pressure changes.
Model of Digital Signature Signer feeds data to the hash function and generates hash of data. Hash value and signature key are then fed to the signature algorithm which produces the digital signature on given hash. Signature is appended to the data and then both are sent to the verifier.
