Can someone see who viewed their highlights on Facebook?

Only you are able to see who has viewed your story. In the Stories section at the top of your Feed, tap Your Story. Tap in the bottom left of any photo or video in your story to see who has viewed your story. If you dont see this, no one has viewed your story yet.

Do people get notifications when you make a highlight?

Instagram Highlights turn your ephemeral content (i.e. Stories which are hidden after 24 hours) into permanent content that can always be accessed from your account. When you create a highlight or add a new story to an existing highlight, your friends and followers are in no way notified.

Does a person get notified when you view their Instagram highlights?

Yes, if the highlight was added less than 48 hours after the original story was published, they will see that you have viewed their highlight on Instagram. But if a Story has been posted for more than 48 hours, luckily for you, they wont be able to see that youve seen it.
