if you need to present something done by multiple people or groups you may have to grab material from multiple powerpoints merging them into one may make things a whole lot easier for yourself heres how to get to it [Music] if you need to use a free service you can upload your powerpoint files to google drive and edit them via google slides open the presentation you want to put all the slides on then open your other files in new tabs to merge a set of slides into your main file navigate to the slides window with them open then select the first slide from the list on the left hold down your control key and tap a then c to select all of your slides and copy them to your clipboard if you dont want to copy over all your slides hold down your control key and click on the slides you dont want to copy over once thats done copy your selection by holding down your control key then tapping c then click back over to your main file and navigate to where you want them to be pasted in right clic
