In the dialog box that appears, select your desired settings for the position, style, and appearance of the page numbers.
Heres how: Launch Microsoft Edge and open the PDF you need to edit. Look for a panel on the left showing thumbnails of the documents pages. Drag drop pages to rearrange them. To insert new pages, right-click on a thumbnail where you want the insertion point. Dont forget to save your file!
Open the Header Footer Tools by double-clicking inside the header or footer area. Select Design Page Number Format Page Numbers. Set Start at to 0 and select OK. Select Different First Page. Select Close Header and Footer.
Open the main menu in Microsoft Edge and select Settings. 2. Select Cookies and site permissions from the left panel menu or use the Search settings field and enter PDF.
Step 4: Adding pages to a PDF Open the PDF in Edge. Click the three dots in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear. In the Print dialog box, select Microsoft Print to PDF as your printer. For the Pages section, choose Custom and set the page range you want to add.
In the Headers and footers options, select the Page numbers checkbox. Choose the desired position for the page numbers, such as Top left, Top center, Top right, Bottom left, Bottom center, or Bottom right. You can also customize the appearance of the page numbers by selecting a font, size, and color.
