To merge multiple proctored assessments passed by a test taker into a single certificate, start by entering the test taker's name in the assessments tab and clicking search. Find the records you need and click the plus sign next to each certificate button. Only select assessments that were both proctored and passed, including only one instance of any module passed multiple times. When all modules are selected, click review certificate. Review the information and remove any assessments as needed. Once the list is correct, click download certificate to download it as a PDF. The certificate lists all modules the test taker has passed and can be printed like any other PDF.
