Well, think of it as when the electric company sends you a bill every month. They customize your bill with your name, your address information. Im going to show you how to do something similar to that. Lets say you want to send out envelopes. Lets say you want to send out a letter or maybe you want to send out an e-mail and each individual one has custom information that you want to include on there. Thats what we can do with mail merge, so lets jump right on into. And as were getting started here, just as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft. OK, so what Im going to do first is Im going to open up Microsoft Word. So, were going to pop up Word here, and then Im going to open up a new blank document. You can set other users to be able to send a mail merge on your behalf. Privilege Restriction: Both the Delegator and the Delegatee need to have the Mail Merge Admin privilege or be the Master Administrator.
Answer: A signature image can be added via HTML to a mail merge, however, this will not display while viewing the mail merge or when the mail merge is printed. This will only display in the Admin/Preview mode.
