First, well use an online tool offered by docHub. You have to upload your PDF, itll merge them, and then you can download the merged copy. If maybe you have concerns about uploading your document to the cloud, Ill also show you a tool that you can download and that also allows you to merge your PDF. All right, well lets jump on the computer and lets start merging files. Here I am on my desktop, and I have three different PDF files, right here and I want to merge them into just one file. First, I want to show you how you can use a free online service to merge your PDFs into one. To merge your PDF file online, its really as simple as going to Google.com and then searching for merge PDF. Here youll see all sorts of different services that offer to merge your PDFs in

For zip codes and other numbers to come through a mail merge without losing zeros, they should be formatted as text. To have it done, select the column with numbers and choose Text in the Number Format box on the Home tab.
To apply custom formatting to a date or text mail merge field: Select the mail merge field, such as Company, as shown in this example. Press [Alt] + F9 to reveal the field coding. Edit the field by inserting a switch code to the end of the field. Press [Alt] + F9 again.
Go to File Options Advanced. Scroll down to the General section, select the check box Confirm file format conversion on open and click OK. Start your Mail Merge as usual (the detailed steps are here).
Right-click in the field and select Update Field from the drop-down menu. You can also press F9 to update the field. Run the merge by selecting Edit Individual documents from the Mailings tab in the Ribbon and then click OK in the dialog box. In the merged document, the date should appear in the switch format.
When I follow the steps below: select your mergefield, which will look something like Percent; press Ctrl-F9 to wrap another field around it, thus { Percent }; edit the field so that you get {=Percent*100 \# 0.00%}; position the cursor anywhere in this field and press F9 to update it; run your mailmerge.
Answer: In the mail parameter (set-up), click on the Format tab. Highlight Miscellaneous in the left list. Unmark Show decimals. Click Save. If needed, click Merge or Send to Word merge wizard to proceed with mail merge.
The ROUND function sometimes causes Mail Merge to display the wrong number of decimal places. For example, a Mail Merge document occasionally shows 4 decimal places when the ROUND function had specified 2 or 3.
