Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then do one of the following: In the Edit menu, choose Redact a PDF. Choose All tools Redact a PDF. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, and choose Redact text in the floating menu.
How to redact a PDF online? Upload your PDF. Click the button Choose File to upload PDF file. Redact your PDF. Select the content that you want to hide and remove. Then click the Apply button to save redaction changes. Download redacted PDF. Click Download to export and save redacted file.
Step 1: First, open the website on your browser and access the Redact PDF tool from the Tools drop-down menu. Afterward, click on the Select File button to upload your PDF document on the servers of this tool. Step 2: As you upload the file, select the Mark for Redaction icon on the top to add a blur effect.
Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select Properties from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the Fill tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.
Upload a PDF to your website directly. This will add the PDF to the page and make it viewable for anyone who visits your website. Files saved as PDFs work similarly to images on your website, except viewers and search engines can interact with the text.
Using your mouse cursor, highlight the text you want to redact. A temporary red redaction box appears to let you confirm the text you wish to obscure. Click Apply Redaction, then be sure to save a copy of the document. The text is now permanently obscured.
To do this, navigate to Tools and select Redact Redact Text Images Find Text Redact. This makes it easy to identify and then black out that content throughout the document.
To protect your information, learn how to redact in Preview. Open your PDF in Preview. Click the Markup icon on the top right. Click the Redact button on the top left. Read the reminder in the dialog box, save a copy of your PDF, and click OK. Select your text to have it automatically redacted.
