If youre looking to edit PDF on Android, the process to open your PDF is just as simple: the Xodo Android app. Download and the Xodo Android app from Google Play. Open Xodo Android app. Simply tap on the new Xodo icon to open the app. Locate your PDF file. Open your PDF.
Configuring masked fields Select the Data fields tab (left hand side of the screen in the new Authoring environment) Drag and drop a Text field to place it where needed. Double click the Text field to bring up the field properties. Check the Masked field data checkbox.
Heres how to black out text in a PDF: Open your PDF in docHub. Select Tools, then Redact. Select text. Either double-click to select the text or drag to select lines of text. Apply redaction. Once youve selected the text you want to remove, click Save to apply the changes and save the document.
To do this, navigate to Tools and select Redact Redact Text Images Find Text Redact. This makes it easy to identify and then black out that content throughout the document. You can also specify general patterns, such as phone, Social Security, or credit card numbers.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then do one of the following: In the Edit menu, choose Redact a PDF. Choose All tools Redact a PDF. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, and choose Redact text in the floating menu.
4. Android, Using docHub Reader Open your PDF file in docHub Reader. Tap on the Edit icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select Redact Text from the list of options. Use your finger to draw a rectangle around the text or image you want to redact. Once youve drawn the rectangle, tap on Apply.
Hiding Specific Fields in the PDF​ Navigating to your forms Form Editor. Select the field you want excluded from the PDF. Open the Appearance section in the sidebar and add exclude to the Custom CSS Class field. If a class is already included ensure you add a space between it and exclude. Save your form.
Select Items to be Masked From the available options, click the Mark for Redaction button. Use your cursor to select the text or images from the document that you want to remove. You can replace the existing color of the redaction area and put custom text and redaction codes on the redacted box.
