In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser window. Navigate to Settings Advanced Privacy and Security. Click Site Settings PDF Documents.

The PDF Toolbar that comes up in Google Chrome when displaying a PDF, which displays Filename, Page Number, Rotate Button, Download Button, and Print Button can be suppressed by adding #toolbar=0 to the end of the URL.
You can hide the address bar by entering Full Screen mode. This will only work for one webpage at a time. On Windows, use the F11 key to toggle Full Screen mode. On Mac, disable toolbars in Full Screen using the View menu, then use Fn + F.
