here are Road lines in the New York City area but what if you wanted to make the liens comprised entirely of their name the first thing to do is to open the symbology and get rid of all symbology while still leaving the layer on then open your label tools and choose River placement centered along the curves do not word wrap and repeat every very small increment [Music] make sure to make your text quite small for a better effective there is a line map made entirely of labels

Transcriptomics technologies are the techniques used to study an organisms transcriptome, the sum of all of its RNA transcripts. The information content of an organism is recorded in the DNA of its genome and expressed through transcription.
Transcription is the first step in gene expression. It involves copying a genes DNA sequence to make an RNA molecule. Transcription is performed by enzymes called RNA polymerases, which link nucleotides to form an RNA strand (using a DNA strand as a template).
The genome is the entire set of DNA instructions found in a cell. In humans, the genome consists of 23 pairs of chromosomes located in the cells nucleus, as well as a small chromosome in the cells mitochondria. A genome contains all the information needed for an individual to develop and function.
To identify the mRNA transcripts produced by a particular gene, the researchers next incubate the sample with a short piece of single-stranded RNA or DNA (also known as a probe) that is labeled with a radioactive molecule.
Transcript sequence (ENST) An Ensembl transcript is a single splice variant that can be coding or noncoding. A coding transcript is comprised of UnTranslated Region (UTR) at the 5 and 3 ends, and the CoDing sequence (CDS).
A transcriptome is the full range of messenger RNA, or mRNA, molecules expressed by an organism. The term transcriptome can also be used to describe the array of mRNA transcripts produced in a particular cell or tissue type.
Transcription is the first step in gene expression. It involves copying a genes DNA sequence to make an RNA molecule. Transcription is performed by enzymes called RNA polymerases, which link nucleotides to form an RNA strand (using a DNA strand as a template).
Thus an important part of basic and applied genomics is to identify and localize these genes in a process known as transcript mapping. When genes are expressed, their sequences are first converted into messenger RNA transcripts, which can be isolated in the form of complementary DNAs (cDNAs).
(tran-SKRIP-shun) In biology, the process by which a cell makes an RNA copy of a piece of DNA. This RNA copy, called messenger RNA (mRNA), carries the genetic information needed to make proteins in a cell. It carries the information from the DNA in the nucleus of the cell to the cytoplasm, where proteins are made.
The project showed that humans have 99.9% identical genomes, and it set the stage for developing a catalog of human genes and beginning to understand the complex choreography involved in gene expression.
