PDF files were opening in the browser instead of the default program, Foxes Reader. Despite selecting Foxes Reader as the default program, PDFs were still opening in the browser. The issue was resolved by disabling the Arabic PDF reader add-on in the browser settings. Refreshing the page fixed the problem. This tutorial also explored the Texas Instruments 555 timer opening in the browser.
