Mac Choose Apple menu  System Settings or choose Apple menu  System Preferences. Click Apple ID, then click iCloud. Click Manage and select Backups. Select one of the device backups, then click to delete.

If you drag to a folder icon, it becomes highlighted to confirm that the item youre dragging will go into the folder. Turn on Desktop and Documents From your Mac, choose Apple menu  System Settings. Click Apple ID, then click iCloud. Under Apps Using iCloud, click iCloud Drive. Below iCloud Drive, check that Sync this Mac is turned on. Turn on Desktop Documents Folders. Click Done.
You can easily download a PDF on your iPhone from a web browser or an email app like Mail or Gmail. Once you download the PDF document on your iPhone, you can save it to the Apple Books app or your iCloud Files, which will make it accessible across all devices connected to iCloud.

How can I save files to iCloud Drive? The Save to iCloud Drive option is available only on Mac platform. In order to save files to iCloud Drive, go to the File Save As click the Other locations dropdown and select iCloud Drive. Type the name of the file and press Save.
