But sometimes you wind up with a screen full of numbers or text and it can be hard to pick out whats really important. Thats where conditional formatting can help. You can set rules for each field on a form, and automatically highlight values according to those rules. Note that conditional formatting is not compatible with the Publish to Access Services feature in Access 2010. So, the command is not available when youre working on a Web-compatible form. However, for standard client forms, conditional formatting can help data stand out according to rules you set. This form shows me inventory levels and how far below the target level of inventory each one is. I want to highlight the ones that are really far below target level, so I can prioritize which ones to reorder first. For example, I might want to have Access h

Once youre all set up, you can edit or remove a highlight by tapping and holding that highlight on your profile. From here, you can change the name, edit the cover, and add/remove stories to your highlights. And thats it!

You can be able to remove the yellow marks by simply navigating to the PDF Editor at the top left portion. Select the field that you want to remove the yellow mark, then click the Gear icon. Then highlight the text inside the field and select the Background color at the top, then change it to white and Save.
Unhighlight All Text in the Whole PDF File After displaying the comment panel, you can hold the Ctrl key and click all the highlights to be selected. Then you can right-click and tap on the Delete option to delete all highlights.
Are you flattening your document? This would convert highlights or other annotations to static PDF content, which you can no longer edit or remove. Make sure that the Hand tool is selected before you try to edit annotations.
