Check out this video tutorial on how to open XPS files on Windows 10. The speaker used to save web pages as XPS files on their old PC but had trouble opening them on their new PC. They found out that the Microsoft XPS viewer is not enabled by default in Windows 10. To enable it, go to settings, click on apps, then apps and features, and finally add a feature. Scroll down to find and enable the Microsoft XPS viewer.
