When using SketchUp Layout, exporting a file as a PDF may result in seeing two pages with an extra title block. To prevent this, check the number of pages in your file. By selecting the specific page you want to export and saving it as a PDF, you can fix the issue and only export the desired page. This method allows you to avoid including unnecessary pages with extra title blocks in your PDF file.

From the menu bar, select File Export. An export dialog box appears. In the Save As box, type a name for the PDF file. Navigate to the location where you want to save your images.
LayOut files get big if you insert the same SketchUp file every time, instead of copying one insert and pasting into the other page that needs the same model. Doing that will reduce the file size a lot. Also purge unused things in the SketchUp models, then update the references in LayOut.
How to Use the Convert SKB to PDF Feature in Log in to your account. Once youre logged in, click on the My Forms tab at the top of the page. In the My Forms section, locate the SKB file you want to convert to PDF. Once youve found the SKB file, click on it to open it.
If the . skp file is too large and your email client balks, you can try creating a zip file (compressed archive file) and sending that. Alternatively, you could post the . skp file on a public file server (like Google Drive) and send a link to it in your email.
You can also reduce the file size within the Sketchup Web App. With the app open, click on the components icon in the righthand toolbar to open the components tab. There is a button at the top of the tab with a recycling icon on it. Click on this button to purge any unused components in your model.
